Fracture is one of the most vulnerable injuries in children. Non pharmacological techniques that can be done to ward off postoperative pain in children are by doing play therapy, one of which is by using fidget spinner therapy . The fidget spinner is a small toy that spins between two fingers. Shaped like a propeller with a bullet bearing in the middle. This toy is liked because it can create stunningly twisted patterns, the more unique the design, the more beautiful the patterns that are produced. The fidgeting will have a good effect on children. Exercise the right and left brains, increase concentration, improve blood flow, increase focus and reduce stress. It is hoped that parents will use this game in the handling of fracture pain in their children.
