Abstract

In the era of globalization and digitalization, people are required to have skills and ability to adapt quickly to the development of the digital world. The Job Training Institute is the institution that most assists the government in dealing with labor issues, those who have not worked become able to work, those who are not yet competent become more competent in their field. The Private Job Training Institute is a private institution that organizes job training for the general public, and is required to have a permit issued by the Head of Regency/City Service according to the Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. Number 17 of 2016, but with the issuance of Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2021, Concerning Standards for Business Activities and/or Products in the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing in the Labor Sector. Private LPK is an institution that will accommodate the needs of the community in developing special skills so that they can compete in the era of industrial globalization and digitalization. Through this coaching activity it is hoped that all Private Job Training Institutions will have the same views and readiness in providing training to participants in accordance with the developments and competencies of current and future job market needs.
