PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI DENGAN METODE MARTUMBA PADA REMAJA DI DESA PASARIBU KECAMATAN DOLOK SANGGUL KABUPATEN HUMBANG HASUNDUTAN TAHUN 2022

Abstract

According to the results of research conducted by the Ministry of Health in 4 major cities (Medan, Central Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya) 39.5% of adolescents admitted that their friends had had sexual intercourse. Adolescents using drugs were recorded at 51,986 or around 45%, and adolescents living with sexually transmitted diseases, namely HIV/AIDS, experienced a significant increase, this caused concern for all communities and the government related to adolescent reproductive health (BKKBN, 2012). In 2013 cases of sexually transmitted diseases HIV AIDS in Humbang Hasundutan Regency were 6 people with HIV and 5 people with AIDS, 2015 found 2 people with HIV and 3 people with AIDS and in 2017 found 1 person with AIDS (Health Department Humbang Hasundutan, 2017). The high level of adolescent reproductive health problems that really need to be considered is seen from the Triad KRR concept (Three. The implementation of reproductive health education activities for adolescents is carried out with lectures then followed by the martumba dance. The final stage is measuring the increase in adolescent knowledge about reproductive health. There is an increase in knowledge after the activity is carried out Changes in increasing students' knowledge with the Martumba dance method because respondents are invited to use all their senses to learn and understand adolescent reproductive health. Reproductive health education is delivered with fast and real messages through dance, does not cause boredom to respondents and attracts respondents' attention so that it creates stimulation to followed so that respondents know more quickly the material presented.
